Oatmeal and chocolate cookies


Ingredients

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup organic sugar (or any granular natural sweetener)1 large eggVanilla extract 1 teaspoon1 tablespoon of honeyOlive oil 1 tbsp1 cup whole wheat flour, sifted1 1/2 cups rolled oats (not instant)1/2 teaspoon baking tea powder1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt tea1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 cup drops of dark chocolate, semi-sweet

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 ° C. In a mixer, add the applesauce and sugar and mix until creamy. Add the egg, vanilla, honey and olive oil and mix well.In a bowl, combine flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Slowly add the oat mixture to apple mixture and mix just until combined. Add the dark chocolate chips and mix.

 
Using a regular teaspoon, drop tablespoons of cookie dough on parchment paper lined tea leaves, leaving at least 2 inches between cookies. Bake until golden brown and crispy on the edges, about 12-15 minutes. Let cool on a rack.
